The 6th Sunday Long run for PNB MetLife Satara Hill Half Marathon 2018 took place on 17th June 2018. The distance was 16 km, and there was a great turnout as usual. The rain showers earlier on had cooled things down a bit & the runners enjoyed running in the cold and windy climate… Our guest speaker Mr RAJ VADGAMA, well known ULTRA RUNNER, also joined us. In fact, he conducted the Post run Cooling down and stretching session as well. The signature pose for this week [ POSE OF THE WEEK / P.O.W ] was the USAIN BOLT pose. Runners had a blast doing it.
