Collect your BIB, race kit, and experience the energy of Satara before race day.
Follow our seamless 3-step process at Abhaysinhraje Sanskrutik Bhavan, Shendre Fata, Shendre, Satara – 415 004 during September 4 & 5, 2026 to collect your race essentials.
Verification & ID Check
Visit the BIB collection area, and approach appropriate BIB counter. Present your ticket, or official registration confirmation SMS/email along with an original AADHAAR ID to the volunteer at the counter.
BIB & KIT Collection
After verification, collect your allotted bib with integrated timing chip tag from the counter. You will also be given the Race Kit along with it. Keep your BIB safe. Duplicate BIB will NOT be offered.
Collect Your Race T-Shirt
Head to the apparel area to collect your official SHHM dry-fit running shirt. Only the t-shirt size mentioned on your BIB/Registration Ticket will be provided.

On Behalf (Proxy) BIB Collection
Can't collect yourself? Authorised representatives can pick up your kit with an official authorization form and required documents.
Race Day Timings
PBG Satara Hill Half Marathon 2026 is scheduled on Sunday, 6 September, 2026 at 6:30 AM.
Reporting Time: 5:30 AM at the Race Venue.
If collecting your BIB in person, please present your registration confirmation email/SMS along with a photo ID.
Proxy Collection Requirements
If you want someone else to collect your Race Kit/BIB on your behalf, the collecting person must provide the following at the BIB collection counter:
- Official Authorisation Form: Printed out and duly signed by the collecting person.
- Registration Confirmation: Runner's official registration message/email with allocated BIB number.
- Government Photo ID Xerox: A photocopy of the photo identity card of the person collecting your BIB.
Note: Duly filled physical printout of the authorisation form along with runner's ID proof copy is mandatory for proxy collection.
